Just wanted to send a quick thank you as I have been so impressed and appreciative of the excellent service at Liverpool Nissan since I bought my 6 year old Captiva there recently. Harry was absolutely lovely, courteous and helpful throughout the whole sales process and Jerry has been an absolute pleasure to deal with over the past weeks as I've had my 10,000km service and had a few small issues fixed under warranty.
The level of service provided by Liverpool Nissan Service Department has continually exceeded my expectations, including the efficiency with which all the car servicing and warranty-repairs were carried out, the cleaning and detailing my car was given after servicing (the faded trim was brought up like new), and even the full tank of petrol in my car on the day I first picked it up... The little courtesies make a big difference!

I have just bought a new Nissan car from one of your salespeople, Alasdair Liddle, and am writing this email to say what an excellent experience it was. From my initial phone call with him, to visiting the showroom at Liverpool Nissan, having the test drive of the new Nissan Micra, etc, he was friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Prior to contacting Liverpool Nissan I had visited another Sydney Nissan dealer, but wasn't terribly impressed. However, having driven the Nissan Micra (I have had three previous Nissan cars in the UK) it was always going to be my car of choice, being economical, etc and being older, a person tends to stick with what they know and trust. I could have chosen a Nissan dealer much nearer to where I live in Burwood, but am so pleased I ended up with Liverpool Nissan.
We so often only contact a firm to complain, but I like to compliment when it's due. If you could pass on my thanks to Alasdair and the team at Liverpool Nissan, it would be appreciated.
